Care Instructions

    1. Resin naturally ambers over time due to a chemical reaction within the epoxy that cannot be stopped. Exposure to sunlight is known to accelerate ambering. I use high-quality resin with UV inhibitors to slow the process. For best results, display wall art in areas that do not get direct sunlight and avoid bright rooms.

    2. Exposure to heat accelerates resin ambering. Avoid placing art on fireplace mantels or hanging near a heat source.

    3. Humidity is not a friend to wall art pieces. The combination of wood and resin makes humidity tricky because as wood expands and contracts with moisture, this can warp the resin, which is highly inflexible, and can lead to the epoxy pulling away from the frame. Temperature and humidity controlled environments are perfect for wall art (heat in the winter, air conditioning in the summer). Avoid hanging art in a bathroom.

    4. Use a hairdryer to blow away dust from casted flowers or microfiber cloth to spot clean.

    5. Resin scratches easily, so take proper care to avoid scratches or damage.

    6. Wall art can range in weight from a few pounds to over 10 lbs. Please properly secure to the wall.

    1. Avoid getting your jewelry wet, think swimming, showering, doing the dishes, etc.

    2. Do not leave jewelry submerged in water.

    3. Avoid exposure to chemicals, lotions, and perfumes. The alcohol in perfume is especially damaging to resin.

    4. Store somewhere dark, dry, and cool.

    5. Jewelry is made with resin, which will yellow with time. Avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight will protect from accelerated yellowing.

    6. Use a microfiber cloth to clean.

    4. Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals. You may use a microfiber cloth to clean. For pieces like coasters that may acquire more grime due to their use, you may wash with soap and warm water. Dry completely.

    5. DO NOT wash any of these pieces in the dishwasher.

    6. Coasters: Please avoid placing extremely hot containers on these coasters as the heat could still damage the surface.

    7. Ornaments: Avoid displaying in windows. The UV light will accelerate resin yellowing. Also avoid storing in hot places, such as the attic, when not in use.
